Thanks for your prompt attention to our project.

Appreciate your pragmatic approach and it is good to know there is very little asbestos on the site apart form isolated gaskets and the fire separation in the generator enclosure.

You’ve been a great help.

I’ve been getting frustrated at generic guff in asbestos reports recently so it’s nice to see something which clearly outlines the scope of works and your observations and findings on site. This is exactly what we needed here.

I’m the Facilities Manager of our body corporate.  I asked MCG to complete a management survey of the building.  When asbestos-containing dust was found, they helped us to get it cleaned up remarkably cheaply.  The MCG consultant has also shown me how to conduct condition assessments and maintain the asbestos register for free on their online portal.

In addition, I attended MCG’s asbestos awareness training for people in charge of workplaces and now feel much more confident that I know where the risks are and how to manage them.

I can recommend MCG to any body corporate, facilities manager or property manager if you are looking for a professional organisation that makes it easy to manage risks.  Their reports are top class and service is great!

I attended MCG’s Asbestos Awareness training, it was a very balanced session for a serious topic that Facility and Property Managers face in the various and diverse portfolios that they manage. The training was practical, interactive, and fun. I liked how Shelley personalised it, making it relatable and thought provoking on how it can affect people’s lives, and not just in the ways we automatically think of.

The key takeaway for me was that I now have a set of tools to help me know what “good” looks like and the questions to ask my contractors to ensure that together we are managing our risks.  I thoroughly recommend this training to any facilities manager or property manager who has contractor management responsibilities.

Catalyst Consulting saw health and safety compliance as a competitive advantage in the construction industry. MCG acted as our virtual H&S manager, working on site one day a week to develop workable systems and processes to efficiently manage the risks across our value chain. The systems were designed with the sub-contractors in mind, to help them meet their obligations more efficiently. The company can now confirm its safety systems are being used and are effective in keeping people safe on our sites.

I would like to thank you for the guidance MCG has provided us over the last three years on our health and safety journey. We feel you have played an important role in our H&S readiness and we thank you for your commitment to helping us.

I contacted MCG to survey my property for the presence of asbestos. I was impressed with their prompt response. The consultant that attended the visit was professional and took time to explain to me what the survey would involve. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Major Consulting Group Ltd.

MCG helped us to ensure we didn’t accidentally break into areas that might contain asbestos during the refurbishment of our offices.  MCG’s surveyor was very prompt on the job and I appreciated the quick turnaround.

MCG is a very effective and efficient health and safety resource. They have designed and implemented a raft of processes to embed health and safety into the way we do business, working to a plan and going at a pace that our business can cope with. Metco was delighted to achieve tertiary WSMP accreditation with ACC on its first attempt, which is really testimony to Shelley’s focus on empowering our team and designing continuous improvement into all our systems. Importantly, our board has confidence we’re on the right track.
